God made it simple.
It's as easy as A, B, C. Acknowledge that you are a sinner and need salvation (Romans 3:23). Believe on Christ and the power of His death, burial, and resurrection (Acts 16:31). Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord (Romans 10:9-10). God has made it so easy that a child can understand it and yet, so many have trouble believing that it can actually be this simple.Salvation is by grace through faith (Ephesians 2:8). Grace has often been defined by the letters in the word - God's Riches At Christ's Expense. God has given it to us and all we have to do is accept it. When we turn to Christ we are also turning from sin. This doesn't mean we will never sin again, but rather that we are sorry for our sin and come with repentance asking for forgiveness in Christ. All of this is right there for us to have and all we have to do is believe, ask, and receive.
